Before you fill that in
Is the free card really free?
Yes, and it's a real working card — not a picture of one. You'll add it to your own Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and I'll add a stamp to it while you watch. I do this because a loyalty program is very hard to picture and very easy to understand once it's in your hand.
How long until it's live for my customers?
From the day you say go, about two weeks. Most of that is designing the reward properly and getting your staff comfortable, not building software.
Do I need new equipment?
No. Your staff stamp cards from a web page on a phone you already have behind the counter — nothing to install. There's no terminal to buy and nothing to plug into your till.
What does it cost?
$99 once to build it, $149 a month to run it for one location, and $49 a month for each additional location. The full breakdown is here.
