Canada-wide · done for you

Apple Wallet loyalty cards for small businesses.

Built, launched and run for you. Your customers download nothing.

Keporia is a Canadian agency that builds digital loyalty cards which live inside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and then runs the programme for you every month. Not software you have to learn — a service, priced in Canadian dollars, from someone who spent his career in restaurant operations.

What you actually get

The card
A loyalty pass designed around your brand and a photograph of your own product, issued for both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from one enrolment link. Stamps or points, your reward, named in words on the card.
The enrolment
A QR code your customer scans at the counter. No app, no account, no password.
The printed pack
Table tent, counter card, window sticker and a card for takeout bags — each with its own QR, so you find out which one is actually recruiting customers. Included in the setup fee, not an add-on.
The lock-screen reach
Scheduled and location-based messages that surface on the customer’s lock screen. No SMS charges, no mailing-list tier, no spam folder.
The monthly work
One campaign a month written for you and pushed to the card, and a one-page report: enrolments, repeat rate, scans per week, redemptions, and what we would do next.
The person
One phone number, answered by the person who built it.

How it runs, in five steps

STEP ONE

We agree the reward

One 45-minute call. What earns a stamp, what the reward is, and what that reward actually costs you per visit earned. We show the arithmetic before you commit to it.

STEP TWO

We build and print

The pass for both wallets, the geofences around your locations, and the four printed pieces. Seven to ten days.

STEP THREE

We train your staff

At a shift change, not by email. Everyone enrols their own phone and scans it once, because muscle memory beats instructions.

STEP FOUR

We push the campaigns

One offer a month, aimed at your worst hour rather than your best. You approve the wording; we do the sending.

STEP FIVE

We report, honestly

One page, same day every month, good news or bad. If a month is bad it says so in the first line, with the fix underneath.

AND IF IT DOESN’T WORK

You leave

Month to month after the first three, and your customer list is exported to you within ten business days of you asking.

Pick the version for your business

Same card, same price, different reward recipe — a nine-week salon interval and an 8am coffee queue are not the same problem.

Questions we get asked

Do my customers have to download an app?

No. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already installed on every modern phone. Your customer scans a QR code at your counter, taps “Add”, and the card is in their wallet — no app store, no account, no password. This is the whole reason wallet passes work where loyalty apps did not: the install is where a loyalty program dies, and there is no install.

Does it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Every card we build is issued as both an Apple Wallet pass and a Google Wallet pass, from the same enrolment link. The customer’s phone decides which one it gets. You do not have to think about it and neither do your staff. The one difference worth stating plainly: the geofence — the card surfacing when someone is near your door — is reliable on iPhone. On Android, Google decides when a pass surfaces and does not give us the same control, so we do not promise it there.

What do I have to do?

About an hour, once. A 45-minute call to agree the reward and what it costs you, and a short staff training session at a shift change. After that we build the card, produce your printed in-store material, push a campaign to the card every month and send you a one-page report. You approve; we do the work.

What does it cost?

$99 CAD once to set up, then $149 CAD a month for one location, and $49 CAD a month for each additional location. HST is added where applicable. Three-month minimum, then month to month. There are no per-message fees, no per-customer fees and no hardware to buy.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Your staff scan the customer’s phone with a web page on the phone or tablet already behind your counter — nothing to install. No terminal, no dock, no reader.

Will this work with my POS?

It runs alongside it rather than through it, so there is nothing to integrate and nothing to break. If you already have loyalty bundled into Square or Toast, tell us — we will look at what it is doing before you pay us anything, and sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us.

How long until it is live?

Seven to ten days from the day you send your logo, colours, addresses and a few photographs of your product.

Who owns the customer list?

You do. It is written into the agreement, and we export it for you within ten business days of you asking — whether you are leaving or not.

Where in Canada do you work?

Anywhere in Canada. Setup, campaigns and reporting are all done remotely, and everything except the in-person staff training works the same in Vancouver as it does in St. John’s. We are based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, so businesses in and around the city also get us walking through the door.

Send your logo. We’ll build the card.

Free, no commitment, on your own phone within a week. Then decide whether the rest is worth it.
