A loyalty company from St. John's.
Keporia builds and runs digital loyalty cards for independent businesses — cafés, restaurants, salons, studios. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so the customer downloads nothing, and we do the monthly work the owner does not have time for.
Who
Keporia was founded in 2026 by Md Abid Hasan in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, and is run from here. Abid came to loyalty from the other side of the counter: years in food service, customer service and retail, latterly as an operations manager, watching paper punch cards get lost, washed and forgotten, and watching the "download our app" sign get ignored. Keporia is the version of loyalty he wished those shops had been given.
It is a small company on purpose. You deal with the person who built your card, and the same person reads your numbers back to you every month.
What Keporia is
A done-for-you service, not a piece of software you have to learn. We design the card from your own photo and colours, set it up for every door you have, print the codes for your counter, train your staff, write one offer a month for you to approve, and send you a report that says plainly whether it is working. The platform behind it is ours, hosted in Canada, and your customer list is yours — it says so in the contract.
What Keporia is not
The name is ours and it is unusual, so for the record: Keporia is not the Keyporia keyboard and keycap brand sold on Amazon, and not the beauty page of a similar name on Facebook. If you searched for a mechanical keyboard and arrived here, we are sorry — and if you run a café, stay a minute.
